The Ones I Never Knew I Would Meet

When I first picked up a camera, I had no idea how far it would take me — or the doors it would open. Photography started as a curiosity, a creative outlet, and over time it became my passport to the world. Through my lens, I’ve met incredible people — celebrities, athletes, musicians, influencers, and everyday individuals with extraordinary stories to tell.

My camera has taken me places I never imagined, allowing me to travel, connect, and share moments that go far beyond the surface. Somewhere along the way, I realized I wasn’t just taking pictures anymore — I was telling stories. My camera became more than a tool; it became my voice, my bridge to people, and my way of capturing what words often can’t express.

When I started out, I never thought I could make a living doing this. But as time went on, I refined my craft, invested in people, and focused on genuine conversations. That shift — from photographing to connecting — made all the difference. It’s what allowed some of the most amazing people to stand in front of my lens and trust me with their stories.

Even after all these years, over 15 and counting, that feeling of privilege never fades. When a well-known face walks onto my set, I don’t get nervous — but I do feel nostalgic. Grateful. Humbled. It’s an honor every single time.

Someone once asked me who my dream person to photograph would be. My answer was simple: “Anyone with a fantastic story.”

Turns out — that’s everyone.

How lucky am I.
