Creating a powerful portrait isn’t something that can be rushed — it’s a craft that takes time, care, and trust. Just like a fine wine needs time to reach its full potential, a great portrait needs patience. Every session is a collaboration, and I approach each one with intention and respect for the person in front of the lens.

For me, the subject is everything. I may be the one pressing the button, but the story — the emotion, the energy, the magic — comes from you. Your comfort, your excitement, your spark… that’s what makes the image come alive. My job is to meet you halfway, then guide you the rest of the way to our destination.

Nerves are part of the process. They’re not the enemy — they’re the catalyst. That little bit of energy fuels the creativity, the connection, and the authenticity we’re searching for. Together, we turn those nerves into something beautiful.

I truly love portrait photography — the connection, the emotion, and the art of freezing a moment that says more than words ever could. I’m constantly refining my process, always learning, always pushing to make the next image even better than the last.

I will go toe to toe with my fellow storytellers with the hope of allowing people to see just how beautiful they are.
